The reservation is validated
only if you have received a confirmation of Adventure Tours
upon your payment of deposit.
Confirmation

You should acknowledge
your reservation by fax, mail or e-mail to Asia Pacific Travel
as soon as possible before your arrival to Vietnam. Your reservation
is valid only if you have already acknowledged your reservation.
Cancellation

If a client
decides not to participate in the tour, the deposit will be
retained to cover cancellation charges.
If you cancel 30 days before
your arrival, deposit is full refundable.
If you cancel 10 -20 days before your arrival, 50% of
deposit is refundable.
If you cancel less than 10 days before your arrival, deposit
is non refundable.
No refund or reduction will
be made to any member of GROUP/F.I.T who breaks the journey
from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.

20 % of the tour price per booking is required within 14 working
days before your arrival.

Voucher
Vouchers are to be issued by Adventure Tours Asia Pacific Travel
for all bookings. A copy of the clients' itinerary should be
enclosed with the vouchers and should reach the clients on arrival
or at the beginning of the booked arrangements.
Liability
Mekong Delta Tours - Asia Pacific Travel is committed to doing
it's utmost to provide the services to the best of it's capacity
and upon the satisfaction of it's clients. It's the understanding
of the concerned parties that we acts as an intermediary between
the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other
contractors providing the services to it's clients.
Mekong Delta Tours - Asia Pacific Travel will in no event be liable to the clients, by reason
of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to
the clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort
or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change
in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control
of Mekong Delta Tours - Asia Pacific Travel and /or sustained by
an act or default of any person or company providing the services
to the clients. The clients warrant that Mekong Delta Tours - Asia Pacific Travel will not be responsible and/or liable for any
additional expense and/or damage incurred due to any delay,
accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrests.
Claims
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will
first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding.
In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail.
The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled
by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre
(VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist
Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing
within 30 days after the end of the services.
Insurance [ Top]
Upon request.
Insurance fee is 1.5USD per day per person, covered with accident
insurance up to 10000 USD ( Ten thousand US Dollars) by Vietnam
Insurance Company “BaoViet”.
Meals
[ Top]
According to
many types of our programes, breakfast is always included, and
therefore you can make a choice for your convenience. Generally
in remote areas, we suggest you to use our service for your
meals because it’s probably more expensive and quite difficult
for you to arrange it on your own.
Budget hotels
- Home Stay - Overnight at Village : Generally these are
small guest houses , mini hotels, home stay : basic room with
or without Air condition room, separate bathroom.
Standard
hotels : The standard of accommodation. Aircondition room,
satellite T.V, hotel restaurant for breakfast, telephone, equal
2 stars stars international hotel.
Deluxe hotels
: Equal 4 stars to 5 stars international hotel. A/C, 24
hours room service, often large rooms and good views, choice
of oriental and western cuisine, telephone in each room, business
centre, etc.
NOTE
: In some areas, especially in remoted areas, there is no choice
of standard or deluxe hotels, but sometimes there is only budget,
or there is only guest house with basic condition.
